Stephanie Miracle serves in a leadership role within the FedNow Service, a near real-time payment and settlement service developed by the Federal Reserve to support instant payments in the United States. Miracle is focused on driving adoption of the service across a diverse set of financial institutions, and fostering innovation through partnerships and use cases which will deliver value across the ecosystem of financial institutions, service providers, fintechs and end-users.
Prior to joining the Federal Reserve Banks, Miracle spent more than a decade working with financial institutions in various roles to drive customer engagement, improve data quality, and create compelling digital banking channels experiences. Her career has focused on customer’s journey with a passion for making the lives of consumers better with technology and helping businesses connect with their customers in more meaningful ways.
Miracle holds a bachelor’s degree in English communications from William Woods University and an M.B.A from Baker University.
