Our Services Include:

  • Plan options include 401(k), money-purchase and profit-sharing plans, defined-benefit plans, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans.
  • We provide employee enrollment and educational meetings and meet with participants to discuss investment and plan options.
  • We meet regularly with Plan Sponsors to review investment performance and regulatory change to ensure 404c compliance and guide them through the entire implementation process.
  • FNBB works closely with 401(k) committees or executive management to protect them from liability with governance and policy development, ongoing participant education, fund research and due diligence, and recordkeeping and administration partnerships.
