About Us Our History First National Bankers Bank, originally known as Louisiana Independent Bank, N.A., was established in 1984 by Joe Quinlan and a group of Louisiana bankers to serve community financial institutions in the state of Louisiana. FNBB, the banking subsidiary of First National Bankers Bankshares, Inc., began with one location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Today, we have six locations and serve community financial institutions in more than 30 states. As we grew over the years, we not only added new banking locations, but expanded our offerings beyond traditional correspondent banking services. Under the holding company, FNBB, Inc., new subsidiaries were launched. FNBB Services Corp. provides internal audits, IS audits, compliance audit services and loan review services. FNBB Capital Markets, LLC provides retirement benefit services and Bank Owned Life Insurance products. FNBB Insurance Agency, LLC provides lines of insurance products and services to community banks. In our unique structure, our shareholders are our respondent bank customers. This cooperative endeavor offers community banks a true correspondent bank partner who would never be their competition.
